Intention

Architecture is usually seen as a linear process; A solution to a problem. However, I value that a problem is seen as an opportunity in architecture and that there is not one singular solution but multiple inclinations, and when encompassed together, the result is a better architecture. And so, in my design, I apply these principles in the design process. I design with an integrated approach, where my ideas efficiently fit together to create a holistic architecture that both forms opportunity and new aspirations.

My experience to date has involved me with an excellent understanding of how a building is constructed. In addition, I am also very knowledgeable about sustainability and how it becomes a very integral part of the design process. I have also become very skillful with digital modeling software, using these tools to showcase my work. However, I see the mind and the hand as the most critical design tools because they efficiently communicate the designer's ideas. Digital tools are beneficial to further understand the design, but they should not be the primary tool for architecture.

I also recognize that collaboration is significant in architecture because multiple views and approaches create better opportunities for a challenge.
